The music video adaptation presents an energetic performance of "Beggin'" that rapidly transitions across several distinct visual environments, primarily intercutting between a grungy garage where the lead singer is backed by a band wearing elderly masks, a moody neon-lit house party, and a sunny desert highway. The core narrative focuses on the singer's desperate attempts to win back a romantic interest, largely playing out through a lively, choreographed sequence at a retro-themed dance hall. As the song reaches its climax, the video cycles quickly through these varied scenes, including a brief shot of a woman in hair rollers watching the singer on a vintage television—before concluding abruptly in the garage as the band walks off and the lights power down, leaving the singer alone in the dark.
